    Customer Service for Patient and Family Satisfaction Improvement:

    This training is a part of our Patient and Family Satisfaction Improvement Project and may be sold individually or as part of the bundle. The Customer Service program is intended for agency employees who do not work in the field (e.g. intake, billing, office, coding, etc.)


    Course Overview:
    Customer Service for Patient and Family Satisfaction Improvement Project is the first customer service training designed specifically for home health and hospice organizations. This 75-minute program covers the nuances of performing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families to support their needs. This includes managing patients needs remotely, helping build great customer services with multiple family caregivers, supporting an aging population, and more. 90% of those who completed this program as art of the Project rated this program a 10 out of 10.



    Modules:
    Module 1: Your role in improving patient and family satisfaction outcomes. In this module we discuss our patients, their families, and the importance home health and hospice organization have in their lives. We also review each role in the agency, and their impact on patient outcomes.

    Module 2: CAHPS and Setting Expectations. In this module we discuss the Home Health and Hospice CAHPS survey and its importance. We also discuss the requirements for setting and meeting expectations, and rules for ensuring a positive patient experiences.

    Module 3: Interpersonal Skills and Service Recovery In this module we review the communication and interpersonal skills necessary for delivering exceptional customer service. And rules for service recovery.
