    Research has shown that when person-centered care (PCC) is incorporated into care delivery, it improves patient and family experience of hospice care or satisfaction. Join us for the first PCC program designed specifically for hospice agencies. This program is sold individually or as part of our Patient and Family Satisfaction Quality Improvement Project bundle.

    Modules:
    • Module 1: Understanding the “Why” and Introduction to Person Centered Care.
    • Module 2: Setting and meeting expectations for exceptional customer care.
    • Module 3: Understanding the history and research for effective PCC
    • Module 3: Understanding and Using Motivational Interviewing. Partnership, Acceptance, Compassion, and Evocation
    • Module 4: PCC Listening and Communication Skills. Active listening, non-verbal communication, open-ended questions, affirmations, and reflection.
    • Module 5: Putting PCC Foundations into practice: Scenario and practice for implementing PCC skills in hospice.
