Research has shown that when person-centered care (PCC) is incorporated into care delivery, it improves patient and family experience of hospice care or satisfaction. • Module 4: PCC Listening and Communication Skills. Active listening, non-verbal communication, open-ended questions, affirmations, and reflection.
• Module 5: Putting PCC Foundations into practice: Scenario and practice for implementing PCC skills in hospice.
