OASIS‑E2: Move to Improve is a 6‑month program designed to improve clinician accuracy in completing the OASIS‑E2 assessment. The program begins with a comprehensive pre‑test, generating customized manager reports that identify clinician performance and common problem areas.
Education is delivered through 10 interactive modules, each targeting specific gaps identified in the pre‑test. Clinicians work through realistic patient scenarios, apply clinical judgment to OASIS‑E2 items, and receive guided feedback. Frequently missed items are reinforced until consistent competency is achieved. Module complexity increases over time, with particular emphasis on items affecting Star Ratings, HHVBP, and PDGM payment.
The program concludes with a post‑test to measure improvement, with results provided to the manager to evaluate organizational impact.
Move to Improve is built on cognitive constructivist learning principles, helping clinicians integrate new knowledge with existing experience to improve real‑world decision‑making and assessment accuracy.
