    • The four major approaches to supervision and when to use each approach.
    • How to determine the supervisory level of each employee and how to use this knowledge to improve their motivation, performance and commitment.
    • The best approaches for improving staff morale, commitment and retention.

    Modules:

Supervision Max is conveniently delivered in 4 on demand modules.

Module 1: Industry Updates and introduction to SupervisionMax
Welcome to the SupervisionMax training. In this module we’ll discuss research updates on the impact of staffing on outcomes. We'll also introduce the program and the supervisory model.

    Module 2: Goals of Supervision
Successful supervision is dependent on managers being consistent and holding staff accountable. This starts by identifying and creating measures to be successful on the job and providing training to support them. In this module we discuss how to do this successfully.

Module 3: The Supervisory Management Model
The Supervisory Management Model is a revolutionary approach to supervision that we have dedicated an entire module to learning. As part of the model, we discuss four critical employee dynamics and the best supervisory approach to each of them. The model is based on the Situational Leadership Model.

Module 4: Walk through scenarios and practice what you've learned, then wrap things up with discussion and guidance on evaluating employees and supervisors.
